Greetings Dearest Brothers and Sisters in Christ,

During this wonderful Christmas Season, like all the other families, we too wanted to share our joy by lighting up our home. So we put on all the lights [we had bought these only last year] and we put on the lights with much joy and anticipation. It was during one of those freezing nights in November that we put on these lights.

Unfortunately though, half the bulbs in the second set of lights hanging right in front of the main door would not light up. It did look a little ugly. Yet, we decided to leave it as it is, because removing them would have been challenging in the cold weather.

However, something in me felt like praying over the bulbs. Well, nothing happened after the prayer and life went on.

After a few days, slowly, the lights started coming up, a few at a time. Now we were excited and offered more prayers. Then came the snow and the next day, when we went out, all lights were glowing. Hurrah :)

Now we have one more small set that is still not glowing, but I am pretty sure before Christmas even that would glow.

When I realize that God our Father takes care of even the smallest of all our activities it excites me. Thank you Father for even when we were still sinners you loved us to offer your only Son by whom we are redeemed.

Brother,
Jerry
