The Mass is the source, center and summit of our Catholic faith. If we don’t understand what the Mass is about, it can be a boring one hour, where we don’t receive anything. But if we take some time to understand how the Mass is a sacrifice, a re-presentation of Christ’s sacrifice on Calvary, an opportunity for us to unite with His sacrifice as expiation for our sins and that we have to or get to play a very active part in every moment of the Mass, the Mass becomes alive and so fruitful that you will look forward to it, every chance you get.
