I wanted to share a quick testimony that happened a few weeks ago.
We were starting a new home mortgage loan with a bank. My credit score which was in a good range earlier, went down almost 100 points while starting the loan process. They said it happened because of a late payment of $28. We were shocked and very distressed because now this bank wouldn’t give us the loan at the previously agreed interest rate. We then approached another lender who was willing to give us a loan but with an additional fee of almost $10,000 and extra $300 added to the monthly mortgage.
In all this we kept praying that GOD let Your will be done. We believe in Your will. It is all according to Your plan, whatever is the outcome of this we will accept it in Your will.
We contacted the bank that reported the late payment and they told us that don’t see any late payments on the account, but it will take a couple of weeks to get the formal investigation done. We started praying in the blessed sacrament almost every other day for the will of God in all of this. On the fifth day I got a call from one of the supervisors from the bank’s credit processing department saying that they didn’t find any late payment report sent for my account. Alleluia! Praise the Lord! I was filled with tears of joy. The supervisor agreed to provide me a formal letter stating that there was no late payment reported for my account, but it can take up to a month to be fully processed. We again made a visit to the blessed sacrament this time to thank the Lord.
After two days we got confirmation from the credit bureaus that an update was made to my credit score. We had to wait another five days to receive the formal letter from the bank. During all this, the closing date of our new home got postponed by the builders due to some other reasons, which gave us exactly enough time to get the formal letter. This is a miracle within a miracle. The next day when we checked my credit score it was back to normal. Praise the Lord! What an awesome God we have!!! He takes care of every little details of our life. All the online forums that we had searched about this issue indicated that it is going to take months to resolve this issue, but our mighty GOD did this miracle in less than two weeks.
The Lord was speaking to us in every step of this suffering.
Psalm 116:1-2 I love the LORD, because he hears me; he listens to my prayers. He listens to me every time I call to him.
The day the issue got resolved we got this message:
John 16: 33 I have told you this so that you will have peace by being united to me. The world will make you suffer. But be brave! I have defeated the world!
